If you’re the kind of tradesperson who takes pride in doing the job properly, Elphinstone Mechanical Services is where you can step up and keep moving.
We’re looking for skilled HD Fitters, Auto Electricians, Boilermakers and other trades who want steady work on serious sites, with crews that plan, support and deliver.
When you join EMS, you’re backed from day one.
You’ll get the right gear, inductions, PPE and tooling setup to hit the ground running. You’ll work with practical supervisors who’ve done the job and know what good looks like.
And it doesn’t stop there. We back your progress with structured upskilling, mentoring and clear pathways to Leading Hand and Supervisor roles. You’ll gain Tier 1 and Tier 2 exposure while keeping the predictability and respect that make work and life balance.
